COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — USA Swimming today announced a partnership with CrewLAB, naming the company a Coaching Software Supplier for the national governing body of swimming in the United States.
The partnership stems from a simple belief: coaches who foster strong cultures build great teams. USA Swimming member clubs will have access to CrewLAB’s technology platform, which offers coaching, training, and communication tools designed to enhance efficiency and strengthen team culture. CrewLAB’s platform will be available to clubs of all sizes, complementing the existing resources offered by USA Swimming.
“USA Swimming is committed to equipping our coaches and member clubs with tools that support athlete well-being, team connection, and operational excellence,” said Jake Grosser, Chief Operating Officer of USA Swimming. “CrewLAB’s platform gives coaches another option to simplify their daily work and focus on what matters most.”
The collaboration addresses a need in the swimming community where coaches juggle fragmented messaging apps, spreadsheets, and communication tools that complicate their work. CrewLAB’s platform centralizes messaging, wellness tracking, and training analytics in a single, transparent environment.
“CrewLAB was founded by coaches who understand the importance of building strong cultures and clear communication,” said Dominic Pardini, Founder and CEO of CrewLAB. “We’re proud to work with USA Swimming to help clubs create environments that promote athlete safety and long-term success.”
CrewLAB’s software supports team communication, training analytics, and transparency between coaches, athletes, and parents. The platform will include a Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP)-compliant communication tool tailored to align with U.S. Center for Safe Sport standards.
“As a coach for over 25 years, my focus was always on two things—building a championship culture and ensuring the long-term success of my athletes”, said Simon Hoadley, Founder and President of CrewLAB. “Building great teams has always relied on transparency, accountability, and respect. What’s new is creating coaching software that actually reinforces those principles instead of undermining them.”
