Integrations

CrewLAB connects seamlessly with your training tools so you can capture, sync, and analyze performance without extra work. Whether you’re using a smartwatch, erg, or GPS-enabled device, our integrations help your workouts show up automatically—no manual logging required.

More hardware integrations are on the way – keep an eye on our Product Updates to know when they’re released.

See this video tutorial for details:

Sync Window
Events are pulled starting 90 days before the current date and up to 18 months into the future.

Update Frequency
Calendar sync is not real-time. Changes made in the app (new events, edits, cancellations) will be reflected in your external calendar anywhere from a couple of hours up to a full day later.

What Gets Synced

  • Events for the teams you belong to
  • Club events for your club
  • Invite-only events you’ve been invited to

Number of Calendars
There’s no limit to how many external calendars you can connect.

Disabling Sync
Turning off calendar sync disables updates for all connected calendars at once.

  • Existing events will remain visible in your external calendar, but they will no longer update.
  • To fully remove CrewLAB events, you’ll need to unsubscribe from the calendar feed in your external calendar app (Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar).

Avoiding Duplicate Workouts

Many devices sync data across multiple platforms. To keep your workout data clean, connect only one integration path for each device. If you have multiple overlapping integrations enabled, the same workout may be uploaded twice.

Common duplicate scenarios:

  • Garmin + Apple Health: If you have a Garmin watch that syncs to Apple Health AND you’ve connected Garmin directly to CrewLAB, your workouts will appear twice.
  • COROS + Apple Health: Similar issue if your COROS device syncs to Apple Health and you’ve also connected COROS directly.

Best practice: If your device syncs to Apple Health, Apple Health to CrewLAB is usually the simplest path. If you use Garmin or COROS directly without Apple Health, connect that device directly to CrewLAB instead.

If you notice duplicate workouts, check your Connected Apps and remove the redundant integration. Your workouts will continue syncing automatically through the remaining path.
