Overview
This is a short-format erg race: just 776 meters. It’s designed to be fun, fast, and accessible—whether you’re mid-season, off-season, or coming back from a break.
Prizes
- The top male and top female finishers (based on verified times) will each receive a $50 gift voucher to the 776BC online store.
- 100 randomly selected participants will win limited edition CrewLAB x 776BC Performance Socks.
Winners will be contacted privately via CrewLAB chat and receive a unique code to redeem their prize.

How to participate?
The challenge is open to all CrewLAB users worldwide.
- Row 776 meters on a static erg.
- Log your workout in the CrewLAB app under the “776BC Summer Smasher Sprint” event in your calendar.
- Attach a photo of your erg screen to the workout.
Once you link your workout and upload proof, your name and time will appear on the global leaderboard, updated live in the CrewLAB app and here on the site.
You must complete and log your piece between July 24 and July 29 (local time). Only valid entries submitted during the competition window will be accepted.

Eligibility
Open to registered CrewLAB users only.
Submissions must be logged and linked between 00:00 July 24 and 23:59 July 29 (local time).
CrewLAB reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries.
Prizes
Winners will be contacted via the CrewLAB app and provided redemption codes.
No cash alternatives or substitutions allowed.
Prizes are non-transferable.
CrewLAB is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable prizes.
Top finishers are determined by verified erg time submitted with proper proof.
Ties may result in co-winners or be determined by earliest valid submission.
CrewLAB reserves the right to verify times and disqualify any suspected cheating.
Data usage
By entering, participants consent to CrewLAB using their name, erg performance, age, country, and gender for leaderboard placement and promotional purposes.

CrewLAB and 776BC reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time for any reason.
