The Roster provides a team-wide list of all Athletes, Captains, and Coaches on your CrewLAB team. Use it to:

• Access the more detailed Profile of a specific Team Member.
• View basics like Team Member contact info, position(s), and Squad assignment.
• Organize and update Team Member assignments into Squads.
• Track Team Member personal records on specific performance benchmarks.
• Reference supplementary Team Member information like clothing sizes.

Build the Roster

Invite your teammates on a web browser by clicking Roster at the top of the page. To view the Roster on a mobile app:

1. Navigate to the “Home” page from the bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap your Team name in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Tap “Roster” in the menu that appears.
4. Use one of the following methods to invite teammates:
   1. Tap “Copy Link” to paste into a text message or email.
   2. Tap “Share” to send through another app.
   3. Show a teammate the QR code to scan with their device’s camera.

Build Squads (Coaches and Captains only)

In the Squads page of the Roster, Coaches and Captains can:

• Create and name custom Squads
• Assign or reassign Team Members using drag-and-drop
• Organize sub-teams, travel groups, training challenge pods, or any desired grouping

View Benchmarks

The Benchmarks tab allows you to record and compare standardized personal records for power, time, and distance based on Workouts logged for the Team Member that match a specific benchmark. However the Team Member reaches a personal record—through formal testing, performance, or practice—the personal record will be displayed for that benchmark.

What details can I edit directly in the Roster?

In any Roster page view, all Team Members can change their own Position(s) by clicking the field and making a selection from the dropdown menu.

Coaches and Captains can change any Team Member’s Role, Squad, or Position(s).

Who can edit Roster details?

• Athletes can change most of their Roster data from within their Profile
• Only Coaches and Captains can edit Roles and Squad details and assignments
• Only Workouts logged in CrewLAB can change an Team Member’s Benchmarks data

How do I add Team Members to the Roster?

To add Team Members, click the “Invite Team Members” button from any page in the Roster to get a shareable link or QR code where your Team Member will be prompted to join the Team, login to CrewLAB, or create a CrewLAB account.

How many Team Members can be in the Roster?

Coaches can add as many Team Members as you’d like! Roster size is unlimited, but for ease of using CrewLAB, we recommend you limit your Roster to only the Team Members currently on your team.

How do I remove a Team Member from the Roster?

Coaches and Captains can remove a Team Member by navigating to their Profile, selecting “Details” and scrolling to the “Team Access” section.

Can I assign a Team Member to more than one Squad?

Each Team Member may only be assigned to one Squad, but can be moved to a different Squad by Coaches and Captains.
