What is a Personal Streak?

Your Personal Streak is a tracker that increases by one day when you do at least one of the following activities each day:

If you skip a day, your Personal Streak resets to zero. That’s okay; every day is a fresh opportunity to commit to your habits, whether or not you were committed yesterday or plan to commit tomorrow.

Why Your Personal Streak Matters

Tracking your Personal Streak isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about celebrating consistency. Maintaining a Personal Streak supports:

  • Building sustainable routines for yourself and modeling this to your teammates
  • Making visible over time both your habits and your progress in strengthening them
  • Reinforcing connection and accountability to your own goals and to those of your team
  • Enjoying low-stakes friendly competition with yourself and with your teammates

Logging either a Workout or your Daily Check-In will increase your Personal Streak.

Will my Personal Streak increase by more if I do multiple activities in a day?

Your Personal Streak increments once per day, regardless of qualifying activities you complete.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your Personal Streak resets to 0. Life happens! Simply start again. Make progress, not punishment.

Why only one Personal Streak, not separate ones for Workouts and check-ins?

Your Personal Streak is designed to cultivate consistency—not fitness, attendance, wellness, competition, etc. One unified Personal Streak allows mindfulness of and flexibility around personal and/or team goals, load management, and prevention of injury or burnout.

Where can I see my Personal Streak?

Your Personal Streak is always displayed near the top of the Home feed.

Can I recover my Personal Streak after missing a day?

You can begin a new Personal Streak anytime, but you can’t miss one or more days and continue from your previous Personal Streak count.

Showing up every day builds trust, resilience, and momentum within yourself and within your team’s culture. It’s one of the strongest indicators of long-term success.
