Avoid Duplicate Workouts: Choose One Integration Path
Many devices sync data across multiple platforms. To keep your workout data clean, connect only one integration path for each device. If you have multiple overlapping integrations enabled, the same workout may be uploaded twice.
Common duplicate scenarios:
- Garmin + Apple Health: If you have a Garmin watch that syncs to Apple Health AND you’ve connected Garmin directly to CrewLAB, your workouts will appear twice.
- COROS + Apple Health: Similar issue if your COROS device syncs to Apple Health and you’ve also connected COROS directly.
Best practice: If your device syncs to Apple Health, Apple Health to CrewLAB is usually the simplest path. If you use Garmin or COROS directly without Apple Health, connect that device directly to CrewLAB instead.
If you notice duplicate workouts, check your Connected Apps and remove the redundant integration. Your workouts will continue syncing automatically through the remaining path.
