Using CrewLAB In-Season
CrewLAB replaces scattered emails, group chats, and ad hoc messages about schedules, training plans, and other logistics. Everything—announcements, practice changes, videos, and check-in reports—all live in one place, so nothing gets missed.
Team Members can input and track attendance, engagement, and performance, and get encouragement and feedback from the team, as well as participate in Individual and Squad Leaderboards for friendly competition and collaboration. This centralized visibility helps the team cultivate desirable habits and interpersonal connections.
Team Members are prompted daily to reflect upon and self-report their mood, sleep quality, and habits. Combined with Coach access to team-wide well-being, everyone is empowered to self-monitor, support others, and spot risks before they can turn into problems.
Team Members can log workouts, analyze performance, and track individual and team-wide benchmark testing scores to ensure appropriate progress is being made with minimal risk of burnout or injury.
