What if my organization already uses other software?

CrewLAB is purpose-built for daily Coach-Athlete operations. Many Coaches replace a disjointed collection of apps and/or use CrewLAB alongside software that serves other purposes, such as club management or school IT systems. We’ve seen CrewLAB used alongside apps like Teamworks and SportsEngine while replacing apps like Google Sheets, GroupMe, and Hudl.

If I get approved for a paid CrewLAB Plan, can I use my team budget or does my organization have to pay?

CrewLAB always has a Free plan, but if a paid plan is right for your team, anyone can pay for your CrewLAB subscription and you can use any funds—discretionary, team fundraising, or program-specific accounts.
