Troubleshooting Checklist

If something isn’t working as expected, start with these quick steps:

  1. Completely close and reopen the CrewLAB app.
    • Force quit CrewLAB
    • Reopen the app and try the same action again
  2. Check your internet connection.
    • Ensure Wi-Fi or cellular data is on and stable
    • Test another app or website to confirm connectivity
  3. Update the CrewLAB app to the latest version
    • Open the App Store / Google Play and update CrewLAB
    • Relaunch the app after updating
  4. Restart your device
    • Turn your phone/tablet off and back on
    • Open CrewLAB again after restarting
  5. Log out and back in
    • Log out of CrewLAB
    • Log back in using the correct email

Trouble signing in? Check your email!

If you’re having trouble accessing your CrewLAB account, the most common issue is signing in with a different email than the one you originally used to create your account.

Some things to think about:

  1. Think about which email you might have used to sign up.
    • Work email vs. personal email
    • Old email address vs. new one
    • Team/organization email vs. personal email
  2. Try logging in with your other email addresses
    • You may have multiple accounts without realizing it
  3. Check your email inbox for old CrewLAB emails (welcome messages, notifications, receipts) to confirm which address is linked to your account.
  4. Use the “Forgot Password” link with the email you think you used – if that email has an account, you’ll receive a password reset link

Login vs. sign up buttons: what’s the difference?

  • Login (Sign In): Use this when you already have a CrewLAB account. Enter the email address and password you originally created your account with.
  • Sign Up: Use this only when creating a brand new account for the first time. If you already have an account and use Sign Up again with a different email, you’ll create a second, separate account with none of your previous data.
