Trouble signing in? Check your email!
If you’re having trouble accessing your CrewLAB account, the most common issue is signing in with a different email than the one you originally used to create your account.
Some things to think about:
- Think about which email you might have used to sign up.
- Work email vs. personal email
- Old email address vs. new one
- Team/organization email vs. personal email
- Try logging in with your other email addresses
- You may have multiple accounts without realizing it
- You may have multiple accounts without realizing it
- Check your email inbox for old CrewLAB emails (welcome messages, notifications, receipts) to confirm which address is linked to your account.
- Use the “Forgot Password” link with the email you think you used – if that email has an account, you’ll receive a password reset link
Login vs. sign up buttons: what’s the difference?
- Login (Sign In): Use this when you already have a CrewLAB account. Enter the email address and password you originally created your account with.
- Sign Up: Use this only when creating a brand new account for the first time. If you already have an account and use Sign Up again with a different email, you’ll create a second, separate account with none of your previous data.
