You’re not required to make a commitment, so there’s nothing to try. Simply join, invite all your Coaches, Captains, and Athletes, and together you will shape CrewLAB into the perfect central hub for your team.

How long does it take to get set up in CrewLAB?

It will take approximately 10 minutes to prepare CrewLAB for your team, and less than 2 minutes for each Team Member to sign up and get started. Onboarding support is always available.

Do I need technical expertise to use CrewLAB?

No tech skills needed. If you can check email, you can use CrewLAB. Your dedicated Customer Experience Coach is waiting to provide any assistance you might want every step of the way.

What if I make a mistake during setup?
