Don’t Have a CrewLAB Account?

Create a New Team

1. If you’re new to CrewLAB and don’t have an existing account, you can sign up via:
   1. The CrewLAB app, available on mobile phones and tablets through the Apple App store or Google Play.
   2. Any web browser. Tap here to get started.
2. After you create an account and complete your Profile basics, select “Create a Team”.
3. Once your Team is created, you’ll be able to share a link or a QR code so your Teammates can join.

Join an Existing Team

1. If you’re new to CrewLAB and don’t have an existing account, you can sign up via:

Already Have a CrewLAB Account?

Create a New Team

1. Navigate to the Home screen.
2. Tap your Team’s name in the upper left corner.
3. Tap “Add a Team” at the bottom of the sidebar.
4. Select “Create a Team”.
5. Complete the following forms.
6. Once your new Teamspace is built, invite your teammates via link or QR code.

Join an Existing Team

1. Ask for or have handy the Team Code for the Team (likely given to you by a Coach, Captain, or teammate).
2. Navigate to the Home screen.
3. Tap your Team’s name in the upper left corner.
4. Tap “Add a Team”.
5. Select “Join a Team”.
6. Enter the Team Code.
7. Tap “Join Team” to gain access to the Teamspace.

View a Different Teamspace

1. Tap your Team’s name in the upper left corner of the Home screen.
2. Tap the Team you’d like to view.
3. If the Team you want to view is not listed, follow the instructions for “Join an Existing Team”

FAQs

Who should create a Team?

Usually, a Coach or organizational administrator creates a CrewLAB Team. Athletes typically join using the Team Code. There is no need to have your own Team, simply your own CrewLAB account.

What’s a Team Code and where do I find it?

A Team Code is a short code that allows access to a specific Teamspace. If you’re not already in the Teamspace, any Team Member can share it with you. If you are already in the Teamspace, the Team Code is located the left sidebar that appears when you tap the Team’s name in the upper left corner of the Home screen, along with a link and QR code to share it.

Can I be in more than one Team?

You can have access to multiple Teamspaces with the same CrewLAB account login. Only you will be able to see what Teams you are in.

Switch between Teams anytime by tapping the Team name in the upper left corner of the Home screen and selecting the team you want to view.

I joined the wrong Team. How do I get into the correct Team?

1. Follow the instructions above on joining a new Team when you already have a CrewLAB account.
2. From within the correct Team:
   1. Tap on your Profile icon in the upper right corner of the Home screen.
   2. Navigate to the “Details” tab of your Profile.
   3. Scroll to the “Team Access” section.
   4. Click the “Leave Team” button for any Teams you don’t want to or shouldn’t be in.

What happens when I leave a Team?

You’ll no longer have access to that Teamspace, but any Workouts or Daily Check-Ins you have logged with stay with your CrewLAB account. If you’re the only Coach in the Team, make sure to promote someone else to Coach before removing yourself from the team.
