By entering a CrewLAB competition entrants accept these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for such competition which may be mentioned in any email, or on our website, or communicated to entrants in any other way. Such competition information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these competition terms and conditions and any competition information.

CrewLAB Summer Smasher Prize Competition

The CrewLAB Summer Smasher Prize Competition (“Promotion”) begins on June 1 2024 and ends on Sept 1 2024.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of USA who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Employees of CrewLAB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Prizes

Multiple Prizes will be on offer over CrewLAB Summer Smasher promotion period. 

We have some CrewLAB merchandise and Garmin heart rate watches available. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is available. Limitations on one prize per household.

How to enter

Participants must use the CrewLAB app to log and track their Summer training to enter. Entries will be automatic.

Winner selection

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by CrewLAB on or about each Monday of the CrewLAB Summer Smasher timeframe. The odds of winning depend on the usage of the CrewLAB the previous time period.

Winner notification

Winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram within 2 days following the selection of winners. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If a winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Privacy

By entering the Promotion, participants agree to CrewLAB’s use of their personal information as described in CrewLAB’s Privacy Policy. Participants’ information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Promotion and to notify winners.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless CrewLAB and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By participating, you agree to release any Social Media Platforms from any liability associated with the Promotion.

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: CrewLAB or visit the CrewLAB Instagram Page where winners will occasionally be listed.
