How is CrewLAB different from other club management software?
CrewLAB is one system that actually talks to itself. Attendance connects to lineups. Payments connect to athlete profiles. Wellness data appears alongside performance analytics. Everything flows into unified athlete profiles instead of scattered across separate tools that don't integrate. Share product links in team chat or externally via email/text. Athletes click the link, select a payment plan (one-time or subscription), and complete checkout through Stripe. Team members can also navigate to the Payments tab in CrewLAB, browse available products, and purchase directly. External participants complete purchases without downloading the app.
How long does setup take?
Connect an existing Stripe account in seconds, or create a new one in approximately 3 minutes. Create your first product in about a minute—add a name, description, payment type, and price. Most coaches are sharing product links within 10 minutes of starting setup.
