Can I see athlete availability when creating lineups?

Yes. Athletes mark their attendance directly in the calendar event with reasons for any absences. When you build lineups, you see exactly who's attending so you're not assigning athletes who won't be there—no more checking text messages or trying to remember who said they couldn't make it. This feature is available for all CrewLAB plans—including Free!

How does the lineups feature work in CrewLAB?

CrewLAB's lineup feature connects to your team calendar, where athletes mark availability. When you're ready to create lineups, access the lineups tab to see your roster with positions, heights, weights, and attendance status. Drag and drop athletes into lineups, attach to calendar events, and notify your team with one click.

What sports is the Lineups feature designed for?

CrewLAB's lineup feature includes custom positions for rowing (port/starboard, bow, coxswain), swimming (stroke specialists), and running (distance, sprints, hurdles, etc.). The system adapts to your sport's specific lineup needs. The Lineups feature is available for all other sports without sport-specific positions.
