The program name is the first thing families see in registration. Keep it clear and specific — include the sport, season, or age group so there’s no confusion.

The description should answer: What is this? Who is it for? What do they get?

What works “Summer Track & Field — Ages 8-14” beats “Summer Program.” Parents scan quickly. Make it obvious.

Schedule tip Include days, times, and location in the description. Families decide faster when they can see it fits their calendar.

The payment model you choose affects registration rates more than the actual price. Make it easy to say yes.

Best practice Monthly installments convert 2–3x better than a single lump sum for seasonal programs. A $600 season fee becomes “$100/mo for 6 months” — much easier for families to commit.

Early bird? If you want to offer a discounted rate for early registration, just note it below. We’ll set up both price tiers with an automatic cutoff date.

Sibling / multi-athlete discounts These are popular with club families. Mention it in the notes and we’ll build it in.
