Promoter

This promotion is run by CrewLAB Inc.

Eligibility

• Open to New Zealand rowing clubs or programs whose authorised representative submits a valid entry.
• One entry per club, school, or program. Multiple entries from the same club, school, or program will only count once.
• Entrants must be 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of the club, school, or program named in the entry.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family of CrewLAB are not eligible.

Entry period

Entries open September 5, 1:00am, New Zealand time, and close October 5, 11:59pm, New Zealand time.

How to enter

Complete the entry form in full, including all required fields, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible to receive the prize, the club, school, or program’s authorised representative must schedule and complete a call with the CrewLAB team by October 5, 2026, New Zealand time. Entries without a completed call by this date will not be eligible to win, though CrewLAB may still follow up to offer a call.

Entry is free.

Selection of winner

• One winning club, school, or program will be selected by random draw from all valid entries that meet the eligibility requirements and have completed the call requirement.
• The draw will take place shortly after entries close, using a random number generator applied to the list of eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by phone or email within 1 business day of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 business days, CrewLAB reserves the right to redraw and select another winner.

The prize

The prize consists of:

• A 12-month CrewLAB Pro licence for the winning club, school, or program, and
• $1,000 NZD cash.

The cash prize will be paid to the winning club or programme, not to an individual. CrewLAB will work with the club’s authorised representative to agree on a reasonable way to transfer the funds.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (aside from the cash component stated above) and cannot be substituted.

Taxes and other costs

The winner is responsible for any tax obligations arising from the prize. CrewLAB is not responsible for any other costs associated with claiming or using the prize.

Privacy

Information collected through this form will be used by CrewLAB to run the draw, contact the winner, and follow up about CrewLAB. It will be handled in line with CrewLAB’s Privacy Policy. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
