Run your program. Not an office.
CrewLAB is built for the people who keep teams running. We’re working with a small group of administrators to build what’s next — starting with payments.
See the tracks ↓Our three tracks.
Pick the one that fits your goals and timeline.
Spring
Onboard today. Process real payments this week.
LA LionsSummer
Run your summer camp on CrewLAB. Registration, fees, gear — all in one place.
RCRCFall
Shape what ships. Give input now, onboard for fall registration.
As soon as you commit, you start weighing in. Your feedback shapes what gets built — so you get exactly what you need.
Why payments in CrewLAB?
Your team already lives here. Payments should too.
Athletes already open the app
They check workouts, schedules, and messages in CrewLAB every day. Payments show up right there — not in a lost email or a Venmo link buried in a group chat.
We handle the follow-up
No more awkward “did you pay?” conversations. One tap sends a DM reminder through the app. Professional, not personal. You stop being the debt collector.
See who paid without asking
Real-time dashboard shows who’s subscribed, who’s due, and full payment history. No spreadsheet. No texting the treasurer. No “let me check.”
Recurring payments just work
Set it to weekly, quarterly, or annual and it auto-charges. Athletes subscribe once — no re-sending invoices, no “I forgot to pay this quarter.”
No new app for anyone
Coaches don’t sign up for another platform. Athletes don’t download another app. Nobody learns a new dashboard. Everyone’s already here.
Assign by squad or individual
One item for JV, another for Varsity, a third for gear. Assign to whole squads or specific athletes. It flexes to how your team works — not the other way around.
Here’s the deal
What we ask
- 25 minutes for onboarding — we set up Stripe with you and create your first payment item
- Try collecting a real payment through CrewLAB (dues, gear, registration — whatever you’ve got coming up)
- One follow-up call to tell us what’s working and what’s not — your feedback directly shapes the product
- If it works: let us write a short case study with you
What you get
- Early access to payments before anyone else
- Direct line to the engineers building it — your feedback shapes what gets built next
- White-glove setup — we don’t hand you docs and disappear
- 1% CrewLAB fee — and every dollar earns toward CrewLAB Pro. The more you process, the more you earn.
How it works
Apply now
Quick form. Tell us what you collect money for and when your next payment is due. We accept applications on a rolling basis.
25-minute onboarding
We connect your Stripe account and create your first payment item together. You’re live before the call ends.
Collect payments for a few weeks
Use it for real. Registration fees, gear orders, whatever makes sense for your team right now.
Follow-up call
We check in after you’ve processed payments. What’s working? What’s not? Your feedback goes straight to our engineering team and shapes what gets built next.
Case study
If it worked well, we tell the story together. If it didn’t, you helped us fix it for everyone.

Congratulations — you’re in.
You’re one of a handful of program administrators we’ve chosen for early access to CrewLAB’s Innovator Program. You’re solving one of the hardest problems in program administration — and we want to build the solution with you.
See what’s next ↓Let’s get you set up.
Your onboarding call is a working session — not a demo. By the end, you’ll have your first real payment item live and ready for athletes. Here’s what to have ready:
Book your onboarding call with David
30 minutes. We’ll set everything up together, live. You’ll walk away with payments working — not a follow-up email.
Have your org info ready
Bring your organization’s EIN, bank account details, and a contact email for the org. We’ll handle the rest on the call.
Know what you want athletes to pay for first
Dues, registration, regatta fees, gear — pick the one thing that’s top of mind. We’ll build it live and you can test it with a real athlete before we hang up.
What the timeline looks like.
Onboarding & First Payment
30-minute live call with David. Set up your payment account, create your first payment item, and send it to an athlete. You leave with something real — not a promise.
Collect & Learn
Run payments for real. Dues, registration, gear — whatever makes sense for your program right now. We check in, answer questions, and start collecting feedback.
Feedback & Iteration
Product sessions with our engineering team. Tell us what’s working, what’s not, what’s missing. Watch your requests actually get built.
Deep Product Partnership
The weekly cadence winds down, but the relationship deepens. You keep direct access to David and the engineering team. Feature requests, feedback sessions, and real product influence — your input is shaping what gets built next.
Priority Access, Lower Touch
You’re running. We’re here when you need us. Priority support, early access to new features, and your Innovator rate locked in. We check in periodically and you keep us in the loop.
Case Study & What’s Next
A conversation about your experience and where things go from here. If you’re willing, we tell the story together. We figure out the right plan going forward — together.
What we expect from you.
This is a two-way commitment. We’re investing real engineering time and support into your program — and we need you to show up.
Be responsive
Answer our calls and emails. If we reach out, it’s because we need your input to build this right. Innovators who go dark lose their spot.
Give real feedback
Tell us what’s working and what isn’t. Don’t be polite — be honest. Your feedback goes directly to the engineers building this.
Actually use it
Process real payments with real athletes. This isn’t a free trial you forget about — it’s a working partnership.
Help us tell the story
If it works — and we think it will — do a short case study with us at the end. Help the next program administrator find this too.
Your rate as an Innovator.
Processing fees depend on payment method. ACH keeps costs lowest for your athletes and your program. We’ll walk through the options on your onboarding call.
Your team.
You’re not working with a support queue. These are the people building the product — and they’re yours.

Quick answers.
Most Innovator teams do. You don’t need to switch anything overnight. Start with one fee — registration, gear, whatever — and see how it compares.
If they’re already on CrewLAB, payments show up in-app. If not, they get a link. No new app required.
About 25 minutes on the call if you have your org info (EIN + bank details) handy. We do it together — you’re not figuring it out alone.
Yes. ACH processing is 0.8% vs 2.9% for credit cards. You can offer both and let athletes choose, or set a default. We’ll walk through the options on your onboarding call.
You have a direct line to David and the engineering team. You’re not going through a support queue — you’re talking to the people who built it.
The program moves into Phase 2 (Months 2–3) — continued product partnership with the engineering team. Then Phase 3 carries you through the rest of the year with priority support and your Innovator rate locked in.
Let’s get started.
