The 2026 CrewLAB Accelerator Program

At CrewLAB, we believe every coach and athlete deserves access to the right tools to succeed, regardless of their budget. The Accelerator Program is designed to remove financial barriers for high-ambition, small-budget programs.

What's included in the CrewLAB Accelerator Program?
You'll receive access to the full CrewLAB platform at a 90% discount for your first year, 50% off your second year, and 25% off your third year. This includes all core features: athlete communication, workout planning, performance tracking, team management, and more.
How long does the program last?
The accelerator provides discounted pricing for three consecutive years, giving your program long-term support as you grow.
What is the commitment as a program member?
Program members are expected to participate in occasional product feedback sessions with our product team when requested. These sessions help us understand how coaches use CrewLAB and improve our platform for everyone.
When does the accelerator period begin?
Your accelerator period begins when you officially onboard to CrewLAB.
Can I apply if I've previously had a CrewLAB trial?
Yes! The eligibility requirement is that you're not currently a paying CrewLAB customer. If you've tried CrewLAB in the past but aren't currently subscribed, you're eligible to apply.
What happens after the three-year accelerator period?
After three years, your subscription will continue at standard pricing ($2,000/year). You'll have the option to continue, modify, or cancel your subscription at that time.
How do I apply?
Simply book your application meeting with Joe or email him joe@crewlab.io with information about your program, including your budget, coaching staff size, and how CrewLAB would benefit your athletes. Joe will guide you through the application process.
