Set up your team
Name your program, pick your sport, and CrewLAB pre-loads running-specific workout templates, roster fields, and defaults. Takes about 5 minutes.
Invite your first athlete
Add one athlete, send the invite link, and see the whole thing light up. Once that works, import your full roster via CSV.

Tiers fill globally across every participating association — first come, first served. After 100 teams, Member Benefit pricing closes and we return to standard.
